Perfect for sore muscles, aches & pains. Designed for around neck & shoulders.
Inner muslin bag is filled with 100% natural rice. Removable slipcover is organic bamboo. Measures 28" x 7.
For heat therapy simply place in microwave. Children: 1-2 minutes. Adults: 2- 4 minutes (recommended time). Start by heating for 1 minute & increase time amount incrementally until you find the best heating time for your microwave.
For cool therapy place in secure zip bag. simply place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
For moist heat place a small cup of water, in microwave, when heating nummie.
For aroma therapy. AFTER heating in microwave, add a drop or two of essential oil onto a piece of cotton & place cotton between slipcover & therapy heat pillow etc.
Recommended care: remove slipcover/outer cover. Wash in cold water. Tumble dry.
